RETURN POLICY


Products purchased on the Website can be exchanged within 7 days from the day you received your product, only if following conditions applied:


(A) The goods received are not the ones that you ordered;

(B) If it is discovered that the product is severely damaged or has operation problems after opening or when it remained unopened.

 

Please note that we can only arrange a replacement for the same product.

Place the original invoice with the returned item, otherwise, we will not be able to identify and process with the replacement procedure.


We do not offer an exchange for a product that has been used or with man-made damage.

We do not offer refunds or returns.

We do not refund any shipping fees.


The exchange procedure normally takes one to three weeks (from the date we received the returned goods).
